Clear mind. Stronger leadership. Credibility restored. Period.

Welcome, I'm Vanessa and I help high-performing leaders break unhealthy drinking patterns so they can lead with confidence, rebuild their credibility, and improve work/life balance.

If you’re a high-performing leader ready to regain control, elevate your impact, and create a healthier relationship with alcohol, I’m here to help you make that shift with discretion, and measurable results, on your schedule.

My signature framework: Cut • Rewire • Activate • Maintain Your transformation unfolds through a structured, science‑backed sequence:

✨Cut - Interrupt the automatic drinking loop
✨Rewire - Retrain your brain’s stress and reward patterns
✨Activate - Apply your new wiring in real‑world moments (at work and home)
✨Maintain - Sustain momentum and lock in long‑term change

The CRAM Method is a simple, structured, and highly effective approach to changing your relationship with alcohol while strengthening your leadership and emotional regulation. You get one scheduled, introductory appointment and four guided phases that move you from autopilot drinking to grounded, confident.
self‑leadership.

Asynchronous Coaching

You can expect expert coaching that fits your lifestyle when momentum strikes!

You get ongoing skill building, rapid feedback, and personalized support-all without waiting for a scheduled session. Asynchronous coaching formats (voice notes, messaging, recorded feedback, shared documents) often lead to more honest, reflective insights than live calls, which can be intimidating. You may communicate 24/7 and receive responses during specified hours.

 Benefits

  • Accessibility: Unlike live calls, you can pause, reflect, and respond when you’re ready. You can message while at the gym, commuting, or after the kids are in bed. This is a great option for shift workers or frequent travelers.

  • Goal-Orientation: Micro-coaching keeps your goals top-of-mind, small adjustments happen continuously, and habits build faster with frequent reinforcement.

  • Diversity: Asynchronous coaching reduces cognitive load, and neurodiverse or introverts may communicate best when not on the spot. Some people might be more open/candid when they’re not on a video call.
