We help busy professionals build coping skills to live a life free of alcohol and/or drugs without complex time commitments.
We practice Solution-focused sober coaching which is a strengths-based, forward-looking approach that helps clients build and sustain a life independent of mood-altering substances by concentrating on what's working rather than what's wrong. We don't revisit past problems, rather, we will focus on identifying strengths, resources, and successes that can be expanded to support long-term sobriety. Coaching can complement therapeutic work by helping clients apply skills and stay engaged in their recovery goals.
We offer evening and weekend hours, and asynchronous options for maximum flexibility!
