I discovered my passion for helping others in 2007 while working for a Drug Court program. That experience set me on the path to becoming a Certified Associate Counselor–Alcohol & Drug (CAC-AD) and a Clinical Supervisor in Maryland. While I’ve always been committed to supporting individuals battling addiction, I’ve also devoted a significant part of my career to “helping the helper” through coaching and personal development. Much of my work has centered on designing and facilitating training workshops for behavioral health and human resources professionals. I also bring experience in wellness program development and have led Critical Incident Response Teams (CIRT) supporting traumatic events across multiple federal law enforcement agencies.
In addition to my background in direct client care and behavioral health training, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral and Social Sciences and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resources. I am also a Society of Human Resources–Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), credentials that reflect my commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
I’m a proud Maryland native who enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and traveling with my daughter whenever I can.
